All custom work is nonfundable. Ready made clothing and consignments can be returned within FIVE days of your receipt in the same condition they were received in for a full refund. After FIVE days, a store credit will be issued on any return made within 30 days of receipt. After that, I will assume you are keeping the item and there will be no refunds given.
Alterations are always free ONCE on custom work, if necessary, within three weeks of receiving the item. After that, they will be billed at the rate of $20/hr.
